Simon and Callum came over to give me a free quote after my aerial was damaged in the bad weather. He found that the aerial was damaged (25 years old) and needed updating. They completed it there and then and I now have channels back. Would highly recommended, very clean and tidy and took there shoes off.

Called simonnfrom active aerials when my mums TV stopped working. Due to me shielding I was unable to attend. Simon wore all PPE and even had his own wipes. Within a couple of hours simon had a the new roof top aerial up new cable in to the tv. Even my mums carers were impressed. Great value for money, warranty on the system and when I says if there is a problem give him a call, he is at the end of the phone ready to help. Thank you simon for you're help.

I saw Active Aerials on a facebook post where he said he offers free call out and quotes which seemed really good after I was charged £65 for another company just to sit in my front room and it would be another £49 if he had to get his tester out the van. Unfortunately I paid it not knowing and was told I needed a whole system. That's where simon came in. He came out with his tester in hand and told me he does that on every job. He tested the point behind the TV to find there was no signal. He asked to look in the loft as he thought there was a booster (4 tvs running) the other company didnt do that. He found the booster which was faulty and gave me a price which I was more than happy with. Within 40 mins of him being at my house we had the TVs up and running without having to spend for a new tv system. Would highly recommend simon

Simon was recommend to us by a friend who had already used his services. We wanted 4 cameras to keep an eye on the drive and back garden. Simon came over to have alook and in a few days we were up and running. He used the new starlight cameras where they are day time at night. Phoned simon after my aerial had snapped on the roof. He gave me a phone call 30 minutes before he got to me, and was able to fix it the same time. He took photos of what happened and the damage, and how he would repiar the problem. He didnt try and sale me anything just fixed what was broken, who highly recommend

Would recommend Simon and his company. He gave me a call 30 mins before he got to me which ment I didn't have to wait in for him which was very helpful. He then found out we didn't have an aerial and that's why it wasn't working (never thought about that) a few hours later we had a new aerial and 4 points all working. Very neat and tidy.

Contacted active aerials to have a look at my no signal. Simon tested everything and found out it was a faulty booster. He replaced the booster and had it all working at a great price. I've since had him back to install some CCTV which we are over the moon with. Would highly recommend.

Would highly recommended Simon.He came to give me a quote for CCTV I wanted installed but had no clue on what was the best option. He had a few pictures on his phone of ones he's installed before and live videos which help us on picking the best picture. We now have 4 cameras which we can view on our phones and tables. All the cabling is hidden into the loft space which we love. A very hard working man. Thank you Simon we love our picturequality. Cant wait to see if we get any foxes in the garden as well.

I contacted Simon to check my aerial and connect the newly installed aerial points in my roof.He completed various tests before completing the work required quickly and at a reasonable price. He struck me as honest and trustworthy and I felt quite comfortable leaving him in my home. He gave advice on another issue and was helpful and genuine. Would recommend.

They have to be the most honest company around. I was quoted £215 and £280 for a new aerial when I reported picture break up. Simon come over and tested my signal and found 4G to be the problem. He told me how to claim my free filter. We had the free engineer come out and install the filter which gave us our picture back. We have call Simon back to install 2 extra points due to his honest nature. He saved us hundreds of pounds. I would highly recommend Simon and his company.

Great service and friendly service. I spoke to 2 other companies who’s price was really high. I had Simon and max come round for the same quote his quote was far better than the other 2 and reading his reviews I went with him, which was the best thing I’ve done. I know have a working aerial in all rooms with a very neat cabling on the outside I would highly recommend.

I was recommended to Simon by an electrician I use. Simon has come and installed my CCTV correctly not only that he has managed to get it on all my tv's around the house, my phone and the wifes phone. He has also managed to get my amp, tv and sky box working off 1 remote with voice control for alexa. Simon knows his job inside out and would highly recommend.

Called active aerials Bristol after I had called one of the national companies. Simon was very helpful and put me at easy unlike the last company who were very pushy. Simon installed an aerial in loft and ran 2 points 1 for the living room and bedroom. Simon told me the aerial didn't need to go outside as the signal was just as strong in the loft. I would highly recommend Simon and he is already going to my parents house to fix theirs.

Called Simon as we had no TV signal, he managed to fit us in the next day as he had a cancellation. After testing ever point in the house and booster Simon frond that the aerial was at fault. He took pictures of the water damage to the aerial to show us before he completed any works. He installed a new aerial for us which was smaller than the last one which was ugly looking. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Within 3 hours of calling Simon he and Rob arrived spot on time and proceeded to sort our lost TV signal. It turned out to be a flooded junction box on the roof. They got out through the minute sky light and identified the problem, fitted a new box and then spent the rest of the visit checking every TV in the house. Brilliant service, such nice guys and we felt, very good value. They deserve all the praise they get and are definitely our aerial team of choice.

I have used simon a few times on my other properties but needed his expertise at my own house. He found there was water damage in the aerial and the water had ran down the cable into my front room. Contacted Simon to have a look at my aerial after I had some other quotes. He found out what the fault was after he spent 20 mins testing everything. (Other companies didn't do this and wanted to sale me an aerial straight away). He found the booster was at fault and replaced it. Everything was working. Can't recommend Simon and his company enough.

Simon came out today and upgraded our aerial as it stopped working. He was very honest with us as we moved into the house 9 months ago and got him to hang our tv's up. He told us then to wait until the signal stopped working before we upgraded. We had 9 months of viewing so we were happy with that. Simon has completed 3 jobs for us in total now and would highly recommend.

Simon came over today to look at mounting my tv on the wall. I've just moved in and had no idea where to put it. He gave me some suggestion and the best mounting positions and height. Once I had decided where I wanted it he was able to do it there and then as he was carrying all types of brackets. I was over the moon with the install and would highly recommend him and his business. Simon was very tidy giving the floor before he drilled any holes.
